Azure 32 LLC is a Temecula-based firearms instruction company dedicated to empowering responsible gun owners across Riverside County. Founded on the principles of safety, discipline, and real-world skill, we bring law-enforcement-grade training to everyday citizens.
Our courses are designed for all levels — from first-time firearm owners seeking a California CCW license to experienced carriers who need to recertify. Every class is taught with the highest standards in safety and professionalism.

Lead Firearms Instructor
Frank Hoyos brings over two decades of real-world law enforcement experience into every class he teaches. As a United States Marine Corps veteran and a retired police officer with 21 years on the force — including 11 years on the SWAT team — Frank understands what it means to carry responsibly under pressure.
His passion for community safety and his commitment to empowering everyday citizens drives everything Azure 32 LLC stands for.
